We simplify the complex.

How you reward people is one of your biggest investments.

We think it deserves the same rigour and discipline as every other investment. SEYRRA is an independent Total Rewards and HR advisory practice working with founders and leadership teams at growing companies: reviewing compensation and benefits, training managers, leading the projects that need someone to own them, and providing senior HR cover when it is needed. We take on work only when we can help in a meaningful way, and redirect when we cannot.

Where clients usually start

Something isn’t working. It isn’t always obvious what.

  • “We’re hiring quickly, and every offer becomes a negotiation from first principles.”
  • “Our benefits cost rises every year, but I don’t know if it is what my employees value.”
  • “Two people in the same role are paid very differently, and I am not sure I can justify that.”
  • “The business is strategically transforming, but the incentive plan still pays out on the old KPIs.”
  • “Our Rewards lead has resigned, the board meets next month, and our agenda is still undecided.”

Not certain what you need?

Few clients begin with a defined brief. Most begin with a concern they cannot yet name. An introductory consultation is offered at no charge: one hour, no obligation, followed by a short written summary of what was discussed, what SEYRRA would recommend, and the likely scope of work.

How we work

No jargon. No 30-page deck.

Complexity doesn’t need more complexity. It needs clarity. Most companies do not lack information about their people — they lack a clear view of which parts of it matter. We bring structure to it, turn insights into action, and create a clearer path forward.

We only take on projects where we can add value in a meaningful way. Where we cannot, we will say so, and point you towards someone better placed to help.

Complex terrain. Clear path.

About the practice

Two decades of HR and business experience, applied directly.

SEYRRA was founded on a simple belief: what a company spends on its people is one of the largest investments it will ever make, and it deserves the same rigour as every other investment of that size.

Fast-growing companies may feel this most keenly. Founders and senior leaders are carrying several priorities at once, and so are the lean HR teams supporting them. What helps is rarely a replacement for that team — it is someone experienced working alongside it.

Larger, established companies have different needs, not fewer. Capable HR teams and competitive people programs are usually already in place. The harder part sits further down — the managers who have to understand those programs, explain them, and hold the conversation with an employee who disagrees.

We believe we are well positioned to help in these scenarios. The simplest way to find out is a conversation.
